Face to Face Appointments at COVID-19 Level 2

As of 6am Sunday 7 March 2021, NZ will be back to Level 2. Please read the important information below about consultations at Level 2 and how to book. It is important that you do not make an appointment if you have had or been exposed to anyone who has had any of the following:

  • Sore throat, cough, fever, runny nose, loss of taste or smell in the last 14 days

  • Travelled overseas in the last 14 days

  • Been asked to self isolate in the last 14 days

We are thankful to be able to return to level 2 and face to face appointments within the clinic again! We have been informed by the NZ Physiotherapy Board and Ministry of Heath, that we will need to continue with Health Screening and Contact Tracing everyone who comes on site (both patients and support people/children). At Level 2 our new normal includes:

  • Continuing TeleHealth Consults online for those that would prefer this option or for whom traveling here may be difficult. More information on how the TeleHealth Consults work is available here.

  • Please postpone if you have been unwell in any way in the last 14 days (you won't be charged for this)

  • MOH and The Physiotherapy Board have stated that we still need to complete health screening for all patients so please still read the email reminder (sent 24 hours prior to your appointment) and email back to confirm you are coming and that you have answered the pre-screening questions.

  • We have provided a NZ COVID Tracer App QR code please scan it on your way in. You'll need the app to be able to scan it

  • When you enter the clinic please use the hand sanitiser at the entrance

  • We strongly encourage you to wear a mask at level 2, our Physios will be wearing masks for your protection in situations where we can't physically distance or are treating higher risk areas such as the jaw

  • Chairs in the waiting area will be spaced 2m apart and your physio will be sitting further away from you during initial consultations

  • We'll be cleaning all surfaces after each patient so please bear with us if we are running a little late

  • Contactless payments via Paywave are still available and we'd prefer this method of payment if possible please

  • If in the you find out that you may have been exposed to COVID-19 and are advised to isolate, please let us know ASAP so that we can follow appropriate contact tracing procedures
