Infection Control Protocol for Unvaccinated Patients
Under the Covid Protection Framework (that comes into place on 1 Dec) we will still be seeing all patients regardless of vaccination status, however there are further Infection Control Protocols in place to ensure the safety of both staff and patients. Unvaccinated patients can choose to either have a Face to Face Appointment with the following in place, or opt for a Telehealth (Online) Appointment.
If you would like to continue with a face to face appointment, please ensure you follow the instructions below:

You will need to show proof of a negative PCR or Rapid Antigen Covid Test at at your appointment

Please wear an N95 mask to your appointment. If you do not have one you can purchase one from us for $5. All staff and patients will be also wearing masks

Please bring 2 towels to your appointment
If you would prefer to, we are still able to offer TeleHealth (online appintments). Please note that these are charged at the same rates as face to face appointments.
As always, please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell in any way (you will not be charged). In all other cases we require 24 hours notice of cancellation or you may be charged as we do often have patients waiting on cancellation lists.
